1. The download link for digital products: How do I access a digital product I buy from Kultariro online shop?
After buying a digital product from Kultariro web shop, you will receive an email with a link to download your purchase. After downloading your digital product using the link provided, you will need to have a reader application that can open your digital purchase. Our digital products are delivered in various digital formats:
Ebooks: Epub
Photos: JPG
Recipes: PDF
The download links for digital products purchased from Kultariro online shop are available for 28 days and expire 24 hours after the first initiated download. This time limit is provided in the email with the download link.
Customer needs to make sure that their contact details including their email address are submitted correctly when completing the check-out form.
2. Watermarks on photos: Will the photo(s) I buy still have Kultariro watermarks when I download the photo(s) via the download link?
No. When you buy photographs from our shop, a download link is sent to you via the email address you provide when completing the check-out form. The link will give you access to download the photograph(s) without the Kultariro.com text watermarks.
3. Digital books (e.g. ebook): How can I read a digital book I buy from Kultariro?
After buying an ebook from Kultariro, you will receive an email with a link to download your purchase. After downloading your ebook using the link provided, you will need to have a reader application that can open books in epub format.
There are many suppliers of ebook reader applications. Examples are eBoox and BookFusion. EBoox is a free application (as of 2 May 2025) and one can easily upload their downloaded ebook into the eBoox application. EBoox application has a guide how to add an ebook to the eBoox app.
4. Physical products: How does a physical product purchased from Kultariro webshop get to buyer?
Upon buying a physical product from our online shop, customer will receive an order confirmation via the email they filled in at check out. Customer needs to make sure that their delivery address and contact details including their email address are submitted correctly when completing the check-out form.
For physical products, a detailed shipping form needs to be completed at check out. Kultariro provides a shipping form to be completed at check-out if the product requires physical delivery, as opposed to delivery via email with a download link. Delivery time will depend on customer’s delivery destination, available and/or selected mode of transport and whether customer requires express or normal delivery. Depending on chosen delivery method, a delivery time estimate will be provided to customer.
Order confirmation is sent to customer via email soon after a successful payment. Check your email spam box if order confirmation fails to arrive in the primary inbox of the email you submitted to Kultariro when buying product.
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI): Was AI used to generate or modify the photographs?
No. All our photographs show scenes naturally camera-captured by our various contributors.
6. Payment Options: What payment options are available?
Our payment system providers include Stripe and Paypal.
Stripe provides for a range of secure payment options including some country specific payment methods (e.g. iDEAL for The Netherlands), major bank cards (VISA, Master, Amex, Maestro ), G-Pay and Apple Pay.
